Turn this 80’s dress into a current style ~ 30 second DIY fashion make-over project
I found this Banana Republic dress at a Goodwill store in San Antonio the other day for $5.99. The geometric pattern certainly caught my eye, you can find this pattern all over the runway and magazines. The only problem was it looked very “80’s” with the 3 layers of ruffles and hitting right at the knees.
After carefully inspecting this dress, we decided we could just cut off the bottom layer, from the inside lining. Our DIY project was done in 30 seconds!
What a darling summer dress! Sam has a summer wedding to attend in Cancun so she was thrilled with the outcome!
Be sure and check-in tomorrow …. I have another fashion makeover to share with you.
